Description
We start by making the cheese. We stir the milk until it forms a mass of cheese, and then we place it in molds to take shape.
Next, guests taste our cheeses and fruits with vegetables from our garden, and we offer them wine and raki, as well as juice for the little ones. We then bring out the mizithra (fresh whey cheese), which they also get to taste.
After finishing the cheesemaking, we move on to milking, where we bring sheep and goats into the milking parlor and milk them by hand. They also get to see the modern milking machine and how it works.
Finally, we take a walk around the farm where guests see the animals and feed them, and then we stroll through our orchard and gardens, picking fruits and vegetables that they can eat on the spot or take home with them.
When the tour is over, we treat our guests to spoon sweets with ice cream, and we always give them a small gift as a souvenir.
