Description
We start by cooking local and traditional dishes, baking them in the wood-fired oven.
The whole group participates, following the recipe and preparing the food from start to finish — the very meal we will all eat together.
We provide everything needed for the food straight from our garden.
Once we finish the cooking process, we take a walk around the farm where guests get to see the animals and feed them, and then we stroll through our orchard and gardens, picking fruits and vegetables.
When the walk is over, we all sit down together at the table and enjoy the food we cooked, along with various mezedes (small dishes/appetizers), accompanied by wine and raki.
We always finish with a little something sweet.
